Poor 3D performance. Suggestions?

Just got my MSI 831 GF2PRO and am running 3DMark2001 to see how well everything is working. Score is 2658 @ default conditions, which from searching a little seems pretty low. I would expect ~3000 at the very least. Any suggestions? Here is what I am running

W2K
384 MB PC133 CAS2 (crucial) @133MHz
MSI 831 GF2PRO 200/400 @ 210/420 (for now)
Duron 800 @ 900 (for now)
IWILL KK266 FSB@100MHz

Latest Nvidia and VIA drivers are installed. Overclocking my video card gave me an extra 47 points, but this seems minimal. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
 
Hmm... dunno what to say...but that's probably right.. I'm running a GF2GTS 32MB 1.33Ghz Athlon and DDR RAM and I get around 3400 in Win2K SP2.
