Pondering a power supply purchase

I presently have a Fortron AX500-A.
A friend is needing a power supply & i'm thinking of selling them mine & getting another. The rig my friend has is similar to mine with the exception of theirs having an A64 2800+. I'm unsure of their video, but I believe it's a 9700 Pro. They have 2 optical drives as well as 2 hard drives, but i'm unsure of the manufacturer and size.
Please see My Rig for my complete system details.
My rig stays on 24/7. I do light gaming...nothing extreme. I may be upgrading to a dual core processor & PCI-e video soon...depending on what kind of deal Intel Retail Edge will have this year. :D
I also may go from the current combined 280 gigs of IDE storage to a single, higher capacity, SATA drive like this.
Two of the power supplies i'm pondering is the ENP-5150GH & the ENP-5140GH.
For what you've seen of my current rig & its' use, is there a better, lower-priced power supply out there that'll fit my current & possibly future (you know when the Retail Edge deal falls around ;) ) needs? Am I looking at too large of a power supply for my needs? Is a single, 120mm fan preferred over dual fans? I was wondering as i've considered getting either a Lian Li V1000 or an Antec P180. Which would suit those cases better?
Thanks in advance for your suggestions & advice.
BTW, I didn't have too many links in this post, did I??

Both of those Enhance units are http://www.80plus.org/ certed. For $12 more...I'd just
pop for the 5150GH. The 5140GH has 12V combined at 28A..I would guess the 5150 at
32~34A combined 12V. I will know this spec for sure on Monday.
Spec and cable lenghts can be found at http://www.enhanceusa.com/

I personally don't care for the P180. Running cabling in this box can be problematic.

Is there a better power supply I can get for $80 or less shipped?
Is the single 120mm fan better than a dual-fan setup?
Does the 5150GH have cable sleeving? I can't seem to find any pics that show the cables.
I realize $12 isn't that much more, but is 500W overkill for my present and possibly future needs?
Thanks.

The link to your rig doesn?t work so it's hard to say what you exactly need, but the Enhance units are currently the best deals around. The Seasonic S12 is a bit better; quieter, higher-quality caps, and ever so slightly more efficient, but you will pay a bit more for it.

As far as the cases go the P180 makes far too much use of cheap plastic and steel (warping panels, & broken doors) to even be compared to a Lian Li.

Link don't work, eh? Odd. Well, I have an A64 3200 on a K8V-SE motherboard. Two optical drives, 2 hard drives, 9800 Pro video, 2-120mm fans, 2-92mm fans, rheostat, Arctic Cooling 64 Pro. CPU isn't overclocked and you saw the current PSU i'm using.
I thought that Enhance made PSU's for Seasonic, don't they?

Seasonic builds some units for Anwec to thier price point and builds the new Cosair
units. The latter has tested very well indeed.

Enhance builds the Element and Strider series for Silverstone. Enhance has such a good
price point for the quality it offers because they refuse to advertise.
Most ATMs and arcade game machines use Enhance built units.
