My only experience is with Lexmark, Epson, and HP. I loved my old Lexmark, but kinda hate the cost of cartridges, though you do get a nice new printhead every time. It will just be for basic home printing.

Anyone have any experience with the Canon i320? Would I be better off moving up to the S550? Are the heads on both Canon's removable/replaceable?

I refuse to buy an Epson or HP. Epson's are slow, loud, and you cannot remove printheads. HP are expensive, streaky, and the ink doesn't dry.

Thanks,

i have a samsung laser printer. For black and white there is no other way to go.

I had a lexmark ink printer. Now ihave owned plenty of HP inkjets but the lexmark just flew through the ink. they would empty out way faster and they were more expensive then the HP stuff. wich is why i bought a laser printer and a HP photo printer.
