Polygon count and Pixel Shader in 3DMark2001SE

I've got an Athlon XP at 1.84ghz and a Gainward Ti4400 @300/650. But my 3DMark2001SE scores are only 11300range. I noticed in comparing with other systems that the Polygon count for 8 lights is extremely low (7.7), Nature's pretty low (about 50-51), and the Pixel Shader seems pretty low too (105.2). Is there anything that would help boost these scores? I'm running the test right after bootup and not more then once every restart because of the problem with the memory leak.

Chipset drivers installed? Might antialiasing be enabled? Maybe anisotrophic filtering is set to the max level.
I just ran those tests on my Ti4200 (270/567) - got 11.1 (high poly) and 109.2 (pixel shader).

should Vsync be on or off in my video card drivers? as of right now it says on by default, using latest nvidia drivers.

Your scores do seem a bit low.
