Thought I'd throw a line out here...
I'm attempting to connect two video conferencing systems, one in the states here in my office setup and one over in the grand UK via IP. When I start the system up in the UK I get an IP and try to ping it but it can't be reached. When I tracert it I get the following...
Microsoft Windows XP [Version 5.1.2600]

K:\>tracert 90.152.1.242
Tracing route to host90-152-1-242.ipv4.regusnet.com [90.152.1.242]
over a maximum of 30 hops:

and it times out until 30. So obviously it makes it over to the UK somewhere but essentially fails. Is there something causing this failure strictly because its international? Are there any restrictions or anything I should know about other then general firewall issues?
Thanks.
