Poller Trojan Horse

Has anyone heard of this?

I recently received a message that a Trojan horse was found on about 8 of my computers. I have researched and not been able to find out anything about this trojan. It seems to be affecting the following file.

C:\Windows\System32\Poller.exe

I think that this is a file in the 1-800 search Assistant, but I haven't been able to find it installed on any of the computers. If you have any information it would be greatly appreciated.
