OK, I'm at a 4 kegger party. After the third keg is emptied, the fourth keg is found to be stolen. Maybe by 5 minutes at the most after the keg is stolen, but a search of the area does not turn up a keg. Now, the venue for this party is 5 blocks north of campus. My campus is big.. OSU has 40K+ students. So, a cell phone is found... and the owner, when found, doesnt know anyone at the party. And none of his friends names are know to any of those that live in the house. His story doesnt check out (he says he goes here, but we called his mom from his cell phone, pretending we found it in the street, and found out he goes to indiana U). His friends supposably lives on south campus (note south and north campus have 7-8 blocks separating them), ditto his friends. No one at the party knows someone from south still in the dorms. However, he first said he lives here, until we told him we talked to his mom, and he goes to IU.

So, IYO, is the guy who showed up looking for his cell guilty of theft of a keg, or not?

<---- somewhat drunk, so pardon the incoherence, I'll make it more readable in the morning

*this poll will have no impact of the actions taken against the guys who I believe are guilty), they're fux0red, hardcore :D *

Yeah I'd say he had no reason to lie unless he stole the keg. Then again, he could have just wandered to the party on his own and felt like a tool or something. I dunno. People from Indiana are weird.

Yuh, why would he lie about it? He was definitely getting into trouble, whether he had anything to do with the keg or not I could not say.
