Taking an independent study of the composition of the typical AT member for my own benefit and shats and giggles.

And nothing beats making some of my own concoction for dinner to boot! Mmmmmm....
 
I've lurked since 99, finally joined in 2004 because I needed comments for a system I was building, stumbled into OT, and never left...
 
Yep, okra and chicken with green beans and onions. The sauce is of coconut milk, chunky peanut butter, some red peppers (dried though...) and curry powder. I also used chopped up garlic and peanuts on the chicken as well.

Sounds good. I love a spicy peanut sauce, but can't have it in the house (my son is allergic to peanuts).

It felt mild to me though, though I did ran out of fresh red chili peppers - they add much more kick than that bottled shaker stuff but did its job I suppose.

Anyone else know of more spicy recipies? 🙂
