my friend who is a total nerd yet he sometimes act means, is planning on shaving his entire head. I've already got my opinion, but what do you think when you see someone with a completely shaved head?

If the person is bigger/muscular, and has a shaved head, that usually means "stay the fvck away from me".
If it's a younger kid that's dressed like a punk, I just think attention deprived.
If the person is pale, and looks sick, then I think chemo patient.

I have been shaving my head for 3 months. I shave it about once a week. No one treats me any different than before. Im sure there is stereotyping here and there, but when I see a shaved head, I think nothing at all...
No one pointed out the obvious. A middle aged guy with a bald head is usually balding, and shaves the whole thing to cover up the fact.

If I go bald in my later years I will shave it all, or pull the Patrick Stewarts and keep it shaved very close on the sides, like a 1 or a 2 clip.
I digress....Bryan, I think was referring to someone like Michael Jordan. He shaves his head because he is going bald, you can't really tell because he keeps it really close, and his hair and skin color are similar. Some peeps with lighter complexions may not be able to get away with it as easily
I guess everyone is talking about shaved heads with no hair. I've always regarded shaved heads to be a short enough hair cut that you can't really style. My hair is short, it's like a 3 clip, sometimes a 2 clip.
I consider a 1 or a 2 clip a "shaved head." I see that, I just think they're too cheap to get a haircut, like me I haven't paid for a haircut for about 5 years now. I've always had a friend or a roommate who'll cut it for me the way I like it, short and faded up on the sides. It's a little different than the military's high and tight.

I started going bald just into my early college years. been shaving it clean everyday for the past year. now when i see someone who is bald but has a little hair around the back of their head i think to myself " why do they cling to that last bit of hair,... why not shave it all off and quit pretending ?" but... if you shave your head bald and are white. its important to keep some color on it. tan and bald go together... white and bald is skin-head looking.
p.s. I get a lot more women looking at me with the shaved head then i ever did with the going bald look. conclusion: Bald is Beautiful
