Poll: (YACT) - What's a good price (new)

So what IS a good price on a 2004 Explorer? If you had the chance to jump on an 04 Explorer with every possible option for invoice, would you consider it a good deal?

I know someone who can get invoice pricing on pretty much any new Ford product, but he wants to know if it's a good deal or not. So I'm asking what people here think.
