Here in CT, no talking on a cell phone unless you use a headset.

I agree, if your using a headset, it's okay.

That ban already exists in NY, but no one pays any attention to it. I wholeheartedly support it. I hate cellphones as it is, but when people yap an talk at the same time it's just asking for an accident.

following to closely there partner, you're the one driving dangerously. back off a little and there will never be a problem.

me? i use my phone on occasion and i don't drive any differently either. i just don't typically make too much sense on the phone at times and only if its dry outside. ain't pushin my luck if its raining or snowing.

To get a drivers license in most states requires nothing more than taking a ridiculously easy test, driving a car around the block to show that you know how to buckle a seat belt, start, steer, accelerate, brake, and use turn signals yet everyone thinks that banning cell phones is the key to motoring safety nirvana.

Yes, I ride my bike to work a couple times a week. It just takes one distracted idiot and my son grows up without a father.

That's what life insurance is for ;)

I have life insurance. Personally, I'd rather be around though. ;)
