No, and if someone told me that he refused to buy something that he wanted, because it was made in France, I'd think he was an idiot.

It'd be one thing if you thought it was being made by slave laborers against their will at gunpoint, but just because thier gov't was right about something ours was wrong about (there being WMD in Iraq), no I wouldn't refuse to buy from them because they made my government look like a bunch of idiots.

I like French products. Where I live, there's a lot of stuff sold made in France, and very little to no made in USA (except computer stuff like CPUs and others since it's not produced in Europe). So there's no clothes, no drinks etc made in USA sold. So to answer your question - yes I'd buy stuff made in France if the price is right (it's not always is, though). French stuff is lots less expensive than Italian made, that's a huge plus IMO.
