Tho in response, I'd rather lose a leg. Arm, to me, are a bit more handy. For example, if I were to fall, a leg is not necessarily going to catch my fall and prevent me from landing on my face.

Any case, I'd probably say the left leg. Leg prosthetics have come a really long way. You could still walk, drive M/T, even ride a bike with some advanced models. Arms I kinda need.

Afterthought - Definitely leg. Women have two breasts. I need two hands. :beer:

Losing the left leg wouldn't interfere with driving much. Getting used to driving with the left leg would be difficult.
