yea no shoulders.. meaning it's flat so when you wear shirts, it looks like it is hanging on a skeleton.

Umm....that's not "scrawny" that's "dangerously anorexic" :)

For the record, I consider myself scrawny (5"11, 120 lbs)

I'd rather be scrawny than fat tho. Hell, I'm used to being scrawny already.

Jeez, you're damn scrawny. 5'10" at 145 and I think I'm damn skinny.

How scrawny/fat are we talking about here? I vote being fat sucks more.

I'm already scrawny as all hell (5'10", 125 pounds). I'm used to it, and girls tell me I have a great body all the time (almost no body fat so my muscles, while nearly nonexistant, are very defined).

I'm 5'11 and 135-140 lbs. I consider myself pretty damn skinny

I wish I can put on extra 5-10 lbs and weigh what you weigh so don't feel too bad...

I just need to start working out, get some muscle mass and get some confidence back. I've always been self-conscious about my posture ... anyone else experience anything smiliar to this?

Man, I'm in the buck thirty crowd too, didn't realize there are so many of us here. Thought I was rare here. Should've known better!

Oh yeah, skinny over fat. All of my friends are on some form of diet and hate me. They can only have something like 25 carbs per day. I had 72 this morning eating my cinnamon roll. Then I ate breakfast:)!

Both suck. There are more guys who are fat at my age, so at least with that you can fit in. Thin is fine, but scrawny looking like you suffer from malnutrition is far less attractive.

i'll take my 5'10" 170lb it's just enough. about 10 to 15% Body fat. the rest is used working some acreage. i know the math says i'm about 20 pounds overweight but i haven't changed pant sizes in 12 years. course my jacket size has changed numourous times. they keep getting tighter. jer

Mmm, carbs. Think I'll have some more pasta.

Keep rolling over, Atkins!
