Poll: Would you go with your SO to a romantic/exotic place that they had been with their EX-SO?

Would you go with your SO to a romantic/exotic place that they had been with their EX-SO? Say a hotel, tropical resort, some type of getaway...

And the opposite also, would you take your SO to a place you had taken an EX-SO?

Yeah, why the heck not?

Not everyone has an interest in going to places where their SO lost their virginity or had taken it in their pooper for the first time 😛

Hell NO!

I'd be jealous enough to want the focus to be entirely on her & me & our shared experience. Stimulating all her memories would be exactly opposite that.

As for the opposite, hmmm, I dunno.

My fiancee's sister lives in a house where an ex of mine used to live. The house is still owned by my ex'es family, but is being rented out. I went over there for breakfast yesterday, it's kinda odd.

I'm not interested in that, but it wouldn't deter me. Of course, my first SO lost her virginity on a boat in the middle of the chesapeake, and I presume took it in the pooper on the same trip.

This reminded me of the episode of Cheers where Diane calls an out of the way hotel on an island off the coast of Maine to make reservations so that she and Sam can have a romantic getway where they won't keep running into his ex-girlfriends. They know him by name and ask if she wants his usual room.
