Personaly, I would say 10, I highly doubt that even 300+mph winds would move a M1 and debre accelerated by a tornado wouldnt even put a scratch on it.

I wouldn't feel safe, but at the same time, I'd feel better than if I was outside

edit: I voted 4 btw

I'd be driving it at it's top speed of 41.5mph away from the tornado. I imagine if I got far enough away from the Tornado's path I'd be safe in an M1(M1A2?)

Depends what type of train it is. Passenger? Electric multiple unit or diesel? Freight? how many cars per unit?

Average electric car weighs around 130 tons, average diesel weighs 100, but the engine makes up for that...

Have you ever seen a tornado in action? A tank would get picked up and thrown around or ripped apart just like anything else that isn't 2 stories below ground. Picking up a tank and dropping it 3 miles away is not quite the same as taking a hit from another tank.

A tornado might pick up a tank, I don't know, but it certainly isn't going to rip one up. Too much armor.

That being said, I'll take my chances in a battleship. Now that's safety.

I'd cause as much damage as possible to the surrounding structures - just in case I _DO_ bite it. But I'd feel invincible, right up to the end when my skull gets smashed open against the depleted uranium wall.
