Atm you have a total of 8 teams in the series.Would you love like something close to 16 teams in series?Sure some player might cry but instead of doing a calendar of 162games then it would be shortened to 150 games....

2- 3 out of 5 series and 2 4 out of 7 series.

How ya like the idea?
 
How about a salery cap for the yankees?

It will actually save them a lot of money they just wasted.
 
I absolutely hate it. Currently, you have to be a well above average team to make the playoffs, which is the way it should be. Other sports have watered down the playoffs such that you don't even necessarily need a winning record to make it to the playoffs.

No, 8 is plenty. Any more and you could have games postponed due to blizzard in the world series. :thumbsup: to a salary cap btw, it would keep George "My-IQ-is-the-same-as-the-President's" Steinbrenner from throwing away money like an idiot and disappointing Yankee fans and force them to rely on the farm system and strategy.
