I think the repost nazis are pretty much the only motivation some people have to attempting to use the search function before posting something.

Yes. It's ridiculous to expect people to see something that was posted a week ago the thread has died. It's also ridiculous to have to read though threads with 50+ posts to keep up with something.
You'd think some of these idiots are paying for the bandwith themselves.
