Just curious - who here takes the stairs or the elevator when you're at work in the office?

This question came about because I work on the 2nd floor and the fatasses in my office always take the elevator. I kinda shake my head when they talk about the newest diet they're on, while they down their 5th coke of the morning while waiting a minute for the elevator.

EDIT: Added more options to be less ambiguous.

I work on 26 so the elevator. But I take 30 minutes for lunch and walk around town, and usually an additional 20 minutes in the late afternoon.

I work on the fourth floor and go up and down at least 3 times a day.

Same situation. I work on the second floor and we share the floor with several other companies. Lots of fatasses who always take the elevator. What's funny is the elevator is so damned slow, I can pass someone in the lobby waiting for the elevator to open and I'll walk up the stairs and be at my desk by the time their elevator reaches 2nd floor and opens up again.

I park in a garage where I usually end up on the 4th floor (which is actually 5 stories up) and always take the stairs there too. And I go home for lunch so climbing that twice a day.

I park in the bottom of our parking garage (at the back, actually), so I get two flights of stairs there. Then I take the back entrace to the lower level (pseudo-basement), so it's another flight of stairs down. From there, I have worked on the lower leve, first (ground), third, and fourth floors. I have only ever taken elevators when I needed to continue speaking to a coworker who won't take stairs....

I need the exercise, and every little bit helps.
