How can you say that and still claim to be a heterosexual male between the ages of 0 and 125?

Hmm will Voyager ever reach earth... well it's the final year and since it didn't get cancled prematurely this gives script writers the opportunity to create the ending they see fit. Deep space nine found peace and hence reached it's "ultimate goal." I would imagine that since Voyager's ultimate goal is to reach earth.... if the script writers are consistent then they will reach earth. :)

To those that don't like Jeri Ryan... hey, to each their own, but I sure would like to be assimilated by her. :)

Voyager does return to earth but here's what happens: the ship, while grandly attempting to land at Federation Headquarters in San Francisco, experiences tread separation in 75% of the Firestone tires attached to its terrestrial landing gear system. All hands are lost. When contacted for a response, Firestone says Voyager class starships are prone to landing rollovers and Janeway obviously had the tires underinflated.

jellybelly thats too good!! :)

Next question is this, whats next for the star trek franchise??

I really wished they had more story plots that interacted with the series

they BARELY did that with DS9 and ST TNG, the first episode where Sisko is mean to Picard while it was docked at DS9. THeys hould of had more series with voyager and DS9, try and create some sort of interlocking story or somthign... would prove to be interesting.

Im surprised Diana Troy is still on the enterprise.

I heard tah the next siries to be some sort of college/star fleet academy type thing??

My take on it.

If Voyager gets home - Provides nice conclusion to the "Lost in Space" epic.

[/b]If Voyager is still stuck in the Delta Quadrant[/b] - Provides latch for future Voyager based Star Trek movies.

My personal guess is that they will get home. Since the series have just about zero movie potential, and Paramount already milked the Star Trek franchise to its deathbed and then some.

Actually, my hope is that for once "American mainstream entertainment" stop its overbundance of "happy endings" or "good guys winning" stories/series.

What I really want is some kind of "non-cliché" ending. Have the entire Voyager crew get assumulated or killed off. Thus, they are neither still stuck in the Delta-Quadrant nor gets home. (I really don't want another ending that I can predict w/in the first 5 minutes of the episode, like so many other american TV dramas.)

(A really bad way to end it, is to have the entire series run as just some poor sap's 7-year long nightmare and finally wakes up. Like it had be for ST fans)

I'm a trek fan... or trekkie if you will.. to a degree... but i'm sorry, voyager has dissapointed me greatly (and yes, i'm also a star wars fan, as you can see by my user name, ooh, ahh, sin!) ST: Voyager is far too unrealisitic because Captain Janeway is just way too dumb, i was watching the reruns of Voyager and there was an early early episode in which Kes says something to the like of: "I think its great that the Captain likes to peek in every corner of the universe..."

WTF is that? Is that supposed to justify Voyager taking every possible detour on their trek home? Well, i hope that Paramount's next offering is something worthwhile, and please please please no Voyager movies, unless they involve the death or severe injury of Mr. Neelix. :|

Is it just me or does Neelix's nose look like a penis? Seriously, I'm not trying to troll or anything, but it looks like a penis to me, at least during the first season, I haven't watched it in a while since I don't know when or where it comes on anymore so I don't know if they've changed it or not. I'm suprised there hasn't been protests by some oversensitive wacko groups out there yet.

And yes, Jeri Ryan can assimilate me any day, and Kes, and Dax (both of the female ones), and you've got to admit, the borg queen does have that certain something going for her that's attractive in a sick, kinky kind of way.

THE BORG QUEEN!? WHAT?.... i don't know what you're smoking.... :D but i don't find the borg queen attractive at ALL.... and Neelix's nose looking like a penis? What are you talking about? I don't like him.... at all... but... what? Maybe i should pay more attention to his facial features instead of tuning him out.

You guys do know that the Borg Queen is just a HEAD and a spinal column, dont you?

Please dont ban me from the board for the above. Hee Hee

Never found Janeway interesting but the part originally was to go to someone else. Lets see if anyone reads my posts. The prize for the correct answer is.............

There are good and bad episodes of Voyager but I do like the show overall. But if you are heading home at anything close to a straight line how can you possbly keep running into the same aliens? The Khazon must have PASSED Voyager like 12 times to keep that storyline running. About the final season, nothing bad ever happens in the Star Trek world so even if the whole ship/crew swan dived into a super nova they would all reappear somewhere else in another series with a miraculous tale about how the rigged some device that saved them.

Hopefully they will suprise us!
