Oh good lord, it was in Canada some postal(?) commercials that were long running. The poll title is about some doofus who didn't want kids learning books in school or somesuch, and the hint was about some woman who didn't want people being beaten in prisons. 😛

I thought at least SOMEBODY would get it!
