POLL: Who would you rather have as a boss, a guy or a girl?

A guy, they're easier to deal with, the only exception to this rule is when it's me that's the boss 🙂
 
I dont care either way. I have had both female and male bosses and have gotten along with all of them just fine.
 
umm. I second that, but spell it competent.

I have had both, and I think it is more about the type of person/boss that they are.

 
i prefer anyone that doesn't play favorites, i have a woman that hates guys for whatever reason, so even though im nice, she works me like a slave when shes around...its isnt that way for the girls where i work, though....that being said, im only 17, and i work at a Kmart, so my opinion probably doesnt count 😀

Gender doesn't influence my preference at all. My boss is female and I'm male and I like her a lot. But I think she's too easy on me sometimes.
