Growing up kids are taught the President of the United States is someone to admire. Let's say you have a 7 year old child. Who would you prefer they emulate?

Neither, they are both terrible.

Just because someone is a public figure or holds a high office doesn't mean they are suitable to have your children emulate. I'd find a better role model for the kids than either of them.

Exactly. My kids are all adults, but if any of them started acting like either of these 2 assclowns, I'd give them a hard slap upside their head.

Neither, I would prefer they grow up to be their own person. Treat others as they would prefer to be treated.

I never grew up thinking this. I was always taught hes just another liar politician trying to serve his best interests at all costs, all the while completely ignoring the needs of the nation.

On a day to day basis I would pick Obama.

Donald Trump always seems like a spoiled boy to me, ever since he first came onto my radar back in the day when he and Ivana divorced.

I don't agree with all of Obama's policies, but in public he strikes me as a decent human being, and not a petulant man-child. My impresion of Donald going back to his divorce decades ago has always been that he was an over-grown spoiled ten-year old who happened to have rich parents.

Personally I think that Donald should emulate my ten year old, who is better behaved than Donald is.

I say Trump because if a child behaved like Trump without the financial backing and inheritance windfall they would be snapped back in sharp recourse by society and endure a grueling but worthwhile journey back to grace. Emulating Obama on the other hand is charismatic behavior propped up just enough to "get away with it", when a child could be capable of so much more.

A vote for Trump is a vote for burn it all down and build it back up again, this time better than before.

Presidents are politicians like any other politician -- lying scheming etc is their profession. I respect the office, but that doesn't mean whoever is in it is worth emulating or is necessarily a role model. Some are, some are not... mostly not.

No way would I want a kid that acts like Donald. IMO Obama is a smart and compassionate man. Definitely someone to look up to.

Neither. There are plenty of better people to look up to than US presidents. Good parents for example.

It's true, people. Kids only ever have 2 role models: their parents.

Orphans get no one. Fucking orphans.

Lol, what kid would emulate a president? What a silly question.

You emulate your friends and/or peers.

Please refresh my memory. When was the last time Obama behaved like an assclown compared to Trump?

The right answer: Christopher Hitchens.
The right question: Who is that obnoxious asshat, Alex.

Neither would be my first choice, but if I had to choose, it's not even close. Obama's faults are largely sky-written in Trump. With a BUFF.

well i wouldn't want my daughter to emulate hilary either. she is staying with a man with a history of cheating. I would like my daughter to have more self respect then that.
