Voted for screech. I think his whiny, adolescent voice was even more annoying than Erkel's and that would bestow a psychological edge over Urkel as he cringed each time Screech spoke thus opening up himself to more blows.

EDIT: The battle would be like this. Screech gains the upper hand, knocks off urke's glasses, then urkel becomes all cool and buff. Similar to the hulk, and then he goes Urkel Smash! He then smashes screech.
