They are trained for all three.

Not only that, but they're trained for specific missions that require an elite fighting or tactical force. They usually travel in groups of 5 or 7 and can do some of the most amazing maneuvers of any other special ops in the world. It would be a waste to use them. Hans Blix and company would be the best inspectors because the others listed are all US affiliated and divisions of our armed forces. That would cause too many catches in international diplomacy if they saw us pressing the U.N. on both ends like that.



 
They don't need inspections any more, Saddam made a decree against WMDs.
