My vote goes for teh Wiggums, both the chief and Ralph are hilarious.

Ooter is an exchange student from Germany. He mysteriously disappears on a field trip. They mention that in the one where Homer becomes a food critic, I think.

I personally can't believe you lumped all of the Simpsons together. Homer is awesome but I don't really like Lisa. Since you did that, I have no choice but to choose Professor Frink. I had a Physics Professor that acted just like him.

OH NO, the simpsons coming to an end..... I sure hope not.

There were 4 episodes of the Simpsons on on Sunday and I watched and laughed my ass off through every one of the shows. "King of the Hill" can not carry Sunday night television on Fox all by itself.

If this happens Adult Swim on Comedy Central may come on earlier, so I will be able to watch "Sealab 2021" (The only show that is continuously funnier than the Simpsons) "The Brak Show", and "Space Ghost Coast to Coast". I guess not a bad thing...

I believe the only name he has ever been given was "Database", and that was from the episode where Bart discovers a comet.
