I would have picked Powell based on everything up to the point where he joined the Bush Jr. administration. It seems kind like he rolled over and played dead or something. It looks as if he has no power at all.

I like Donald Rumsfeld because he is a no-nonsense type of leader.
He doesn't beat around the bush, and tells like it is.

But, I really respect Colin Powell for his accomplishments. As a poor minority
he had to take a hard road to become a very successful military commander
and now a very important political figure. He is very intelligent, well versed in
international issues, and is very level headed. I would vote for him
if he decides to run for presidency. I don't think he will though.

Ms Rice...I have a similar admiration toward her as I have with Colin Powell.
I do hope she would run for presidency, I would definitely vote for her.

Colin powell would make a better president, but when it comes to press conferences, there is none better than rumsfeld and fleischer. Instead of talking around the questions, they flat out tell the reporters "We aint telling you sh*t.". About time.

You don't really think Powell's policy/approach would be as lame as Bush's do you? There's no way Powell is going to stay on another 4 years...people might start to think he's as dumb as the rest of the administration.
