I believed and still believe GWB. You can't deny the evidence we have already found showing that wmd programs existed in Iraq (we just haven't found actual wmd yet, which most likely were already being exported and stored out of country). BUT, I would have focused 100% on Afghanistan during his first term, spend the next few years building up the military and put together documentation that made it impossible to refute why we needed to go into Iraq, then invade during his 2nd term.
