Poll: Which wireless service, Sprint, Verizon, or ATT??

Well, which do you perfer and why? My mom needs a new plan, cause 3yrs w/ cell one is long enough, and wanna switch to digital.

Mainly, the phone will be used for emergency and contact really. What do you think?

From my experience, AT&T has the best coverage. I used to have Airtouch (Verizon now) and had lots of dead spots. AT&T is pricier though.

Also keep in mind that with a cell phone, ordering pizza and things like that fall into the "emergency" catagory.

I have been very happy with Sprint, who seem to have the best rates (I am at $50/mo for 1000 minutes and free LD, and 6 free months Wireless Web), but I understand some local implementations of Sprint are not that great.

I have had an 8260 with ATT in the NY area for about a week in the NY City area. I'm happy, nothing to complain about really.
