They all suck. Life happens all the time, everywhere, and will do so for a very long time. It's just your miserable existence that is gonna flicker out and die shortly.
 
None of theme are correct because the word "life" is a state of being and you are trying to use it in conjuction with a verb.

This would work better:

You only get one life.

It states the same thing but has a person as the subject, "You" performing the action of receiving, "get" a state of being which is "life."
