Poll: Which is better between these overclocked settings?

I was running awhile at 7.5x147=1102, but was advised to drop the multiplier and up the FSB for "increased system performance" since the memory will be running faster. Now I'm at 7x156 = 1095. I can't really say I notice a difference, but which is "better"?

The latter; it gives you increased memory throughput.

go with the higher fsb as long as it's stable.
