is Promise better than Highpoint?

usage: RAID0, gaming, audio/video editing
my concerns are boot time and of course speed.

im only looking for raid 0 - and not for a high $ card :Q

thats why i was wondering if RAID133 is worth anything over RAID100.
a rocketraid100 is very cheap - but does it suck?
