for me, my top are:

optical drives - 6 broke
hard drives - 4
PSU - 3
mice - 2 ms opticals, 1 ball
NIC -2
CPU - fried 2 (user error)
motherboard - 2 (1 of which caught fire)
monitor - 2 CRT
floppy - 1

the most durable components have been the keyboard, case, RAM and video card all with no deaths :D

2 x DVD drive
1x PSU
2x mouse

I think that's it, I'm going to go optical drives.

Generic case fans... or fans in generic power supplies.
Oh yeah, and Maxtor hard drives =)

I would say Hard Drives, but my experience says Power Supplies.

*touch wood* I've never had a HD fail on me, but I've gone through 2-3 power supplies.

I even have an IBM "Deathstar" that's going strong. :)

I have had a stick of RAM go bad. I had forgotten that. I really need to get that RMA'd to Crucial.

Personally: I've had multiple monitors blow, one floppy drive, and two video cards (same make and model which later turns out that many people have the same problem).

At work: Maybe 10 monitors, one hard drive, and one video card.

With family/friends: 4 monitors, they all think their mouse is broken but I clean the wheels (not the ball) and it works just fine, and one USB hub.

Conclusion: monitors by far.

Motherboards (by far), and monitors. The problem can probably be accounted for by my former habit of buying cheap components (such as PCChips aka PCCrap motherboards).
