Hi all,
I've decided to purchase banana plugs for my HT redo. Hooray for me.
The front/center speakers will use the plugs. Surrounds won't (bananas won't fit b/t speaker and wall) All connections to the amp will use bananas.
Going with PartsExpress for the plugs and 12 gauge cable (the SoundKing stuff)
Which banana plugs are better and why, please?
There's an insignificant $.70 diff b/t the first and second one. The first one uses "dual setscrews" to secure the cable. The second one uses a compression fitting which is allegedly better than setscrews. 😕 Thanks!
