file sharing service similar to irc in that you get on someone's shared files and select what you want. cept it's more graphical. also hasn't been updated in a long time, and it's still great.![]()

I buy these small discs at the store called CDs (pronounced Cee-Dee). Then, I take them, rip them with EAC and encode them with LAME. I don't steal off of p2p networks because I don't mind paying for things I want.
Then, I might put them on my iPod.
I do the same thing... Only I use Windows Media Player and they encode in WMA format. They automatically fill in the cd information. Pretty nice. The only thing I download are old episodes of Family Guy and Ren and Stimpy. I wouldn't even do that if they ever came out with some good DVD box sets or something.Originally posted by: Adrian Tung

I do the same thing too, except that I put them on my Nomad Jukebox 3.

any tips or hints? I just got into newsgroups, but i post in mostly only text based threads (like car threads). The only things they attach are car pictures and they are attached as a jpeg, whereas a warez thread usually is in some odd scrambled format (BTW, i'm using outlook).
