Poll: Where can I get untested Duron 600 cheap?

I'm building my new computer and looking to buy Duron 600 to oc. I don't see many places selling cheap. If you bought'em had had good result w/oc let me know where you bought it from and how much oc'd.

I see that Duron 650's are cheaper. Anyone know why that is and does it o/c as well as 600?

I've heard that 650 is the worst OCers, Not sure though.

600's are out of production, only old stock available.
