When buying for a shirt, after you tried the shirt on and you don't like it, what do you usually do?

i always figured it was the employee's job to put the stuff back. besides, whenever i do it, it ends up looking retarded.. i'd probably hurt their sales by doing it myself

I think most places "like" you to just leave the shirts or whatever with the people in the dressing room. I can't fold stuff at all, so that's also why I do that

yeah, I think the majority of people leave the shirts with the people who work the dressing rooms. I dunno if they wanted customers to fold the shirt themselves and putting it back on the shelves. They probably have some anal way of doing it. *shrug*

girl shirts don't come in plastic w/ cardboard. they come on hangers. this poll is sexist!!!!! :disgust:



btw, i put it back on the hanger and give it to the girl working there. i usually can't find the right spot anyway. so they take it from me.

yeah, I never try on new shirts. Guy's shirts are more or less the same size. If they say medium, its usually a medium. If I think it looks nice, I'll buy it straight off the rack. That is, if the price is right

Happypuppy, i tried doing that, but beware! They have security measures on the shirts themselves! One of them is a button that squirts ink on the shirt if it is removed, another is a plastic thingy with a metal thingy inside that activates the metal detector!

I got 25 years in jail for that, stupid 3 strikes law
