-I tried the pencil trick, and took me four hours to get the system running again (after removing the graphite). Turns out my son had had trouble on the computer just prior, and I didn't know. I finally got it stable after deleating sygate and changing some bios settings. I think the bios settings for memory were wrong. Maybe I'll try again after proving its stable for a week or so.
