My office is very loose business casual, you can wear nice jeans, but must have a collared shirt. You can wear khaki shorts and even tennis shoes if they are well kept.

When I interviewed for this job, I was in a suit and tie.

The person interviewing me was in cutoff jeans shorts and sandals.

We're "completely casual."

My company is business casual, however, the gov't account I'm on is completely casual. I wear jeans damn near every day and I've seen guys in shorts and sandals.

Greasy overalls and a jacket that has my logo on it.

Khaki's a and tshirt most of the time. I'm moving to a different area when I go back to my job and jeans are acceptable and that makes it worth it right there.
