I generally sleep for 8 hours a night; never more or less, as both leave me feeling tired. 8 just ends up leaving me feeling the most refreshed, and allows me to wake up without the aid of an alarm clock, woohoo!
about 5 hours on average catching up here and there.
tonight it's 0. I wasn't asleep by 4am so now I have to stay up or I won't be able to get up in time.
