Poll: What's Better? Static or Dynamic Page/Swap File

I say static on a completely diff hard drive. If you have two hard drives, have the OS on the first drive and then static swap on another channel. this is by far the fastest/best way. if you only have one drive, then static C: is the way to go. the reason why you want a static swap is that it prevents fragmentation.
