I got take-out from a local diner for dinner.

texas burger (burger + cheddar cheese, bbq sauce, bacon, and onions), fries, and a slice of strawberry-rhubarb pie.

Wow, I'm in the same boat... no clue what to have for dinner. I'm tired of roast beef and roast beef sandwiches. (bought a 10 pound sirloin the other day, and slow cooked it in the rotisserie. MMMMmmmm)

I made some home made soup today,
1 lb Hot Italian sausage,
1/2 lb carrots,
2 lbs Idaho potatoes,
5 celery stalks,
1lb sweet onions,
garlic salt, regular salt,
some Italian seasoning,
I browned the sausage links then cut them up,
then browned the diced onions, and thew them in the pot,

MMM Yummy.

I should be a Mac 'n' Cheese spokesperson. I eat it every weekday for lunch at work. I buy the Easy Mac packets(x18) for cheap at Costco. People think I'm nuts. LOL

I am having leftover beef stroganoff(sp?) tonight.

I made pizza. My wife forced me to use whole wheat flour for the crust, and it sucked... it actually wasn't THAT bad, but I won't do it again...
