POLL: What to do with responsible terrorist parties?

I'm curious what people think the proper course of action should be to bring those who are responsible for the tragedies that occured on the 11th.

Should they be:

1 - Killed, imediately without any question
2 - Brought back to the US for quick punishment, death
3 - Brought to the US (NYC or Washington) for a full criminal trial
4 - Tried in an international court of law (i.e. The Hague) for crimes against humanity
5 - Tried wherever they are found

The question is,how far will they let us go as far as punishment? Torture is my idea of justice but we won't be allowed that sort of justice. We are too nice in cases like this and should make exceptions.

I disagree, I think we should prove to the world (again) why we're the greatest nation there is. We ought to follow international and US laws, no cruel or unusual punishment. However that doesn't mean we can't launch military strikes against those involved in terrorism.

Probably tried at The Hague, but I wouldn't mind if they were accidently killed while being captured.

Are we voting as if this stuff is gonna happen? I don't really see Afghanistan turning them over.
