Today I was suprised to see a box on my doorstep. The return address was for 'Bargainland'. I recognized the name as a company I bought from on ebay a few weeks back- but had already recieved my item for. The item is a surplus IBM Netvista FlexATX case- the auction I went for ended at $0.99, but other have gone as high as $2.25(!). The seller has an 88% feedback rating(!) and lot of negatives. There are several sites online saying how bad the seller was, and there's talk of a class action law suit. I didn't have a terrible experience, but I wasn't exactly happy. Their shipping sucked, their packing sucked, and their payment system was clunky. I got an email after that auction that my package was en route... from their facility to their facility. WTF. It wasn't bad enough for a negative, so I left a positive stating "Item caught fire upon reciept." It was buried by 400 other feedback in 6 hours, so hey.
Anyways. Should I send the item back? It's probably cost about $10 to ship back, and I'd definately have to re-pack, as the box(es) it came in suck: Box I highly doubt they're reinburse me, or notice.
What do you think?
