although Cisco immediatly sued, it would be wiser for them to simply charge apple for every iPhone sold. assuming they'll lower the price (they'll have to) they're going to sell a lot more of these then cisco is every going to sell its iPhone.

yes, this is just a tactic by both companies to negotiate the final price that apple will pay to cisco
