I use a highly customized WindowsXP install

I tried 2003 Server for my servers, but ended up using 2000 SP4 server.

Workstation 1 (at work of course) Debian Unstable
Workstation 2 RH 9
Server 1 (at work) RH 7.3 - customized

Workstation 1 (at home) RH9 (until I can get Debian installed)
Workstation 2 Debian Unstable or Windows XP (Swapable HDD caddy)
Gateway Clarkconnect 1.3 Home (RH 7.3)
Server - Debian (unstable here too, wanted samba3, xfree86 4.3 and kde 3.1.2)

This doesn't count the IBM Intellistation Zpro's running RH Enterprise Workstation 2.1 (x3)

Triple boot Debian, Windows 2k, and Linux from scratch the only reason why I keep win2k is for backwards compatability
