I use a 550w Antec True Control in my main rig. Only the best (within reason of course) for John John..... ;)

The quality of power supplies can't ranked by their claimed wattage outputs.

A couple of TruePower 430's in my home and work rigs, and I maintain a biz fleet that has about 30 more TruePower330's and 6 SmartPower350's. 5-year lifespan, here we come... :D

The 480 watt recomendation must have been for generics. I have two Antec true power 430's, and 4 enlight 300's and one (not sure if generic) 350 watt. Never had a problem with any of them.

Enlight 300W
Much better than the Enermax 350W it replaced. For one the connectors don't come apart and for two it actually works. Radeon 9700/Athlon 2700+, two HD's, CD, etc
