<< I generally try to be cautious and observe traffic laws, but sometimes there are just REALLY badly placed stop signs or such that I ignore. I barely ever speed, and when I do I never go more than 10MPH over the speed limit. I avoid tailing people because I hate it when someone is tailing me. While we're on that subject, when someone is tailing me, I just slow wayyyyyy down. If the speed limit is 55 and I'm driving 50 and someone's tailing me, I'll just wait until a no passing zone then slow down to 35. Teach them to screw with me >>




I am a DEFENSIVE driver. I've experienced many outrageous offensive drivers that maneuvers through other people's right of way and rely on other people's defensive braking to avoid crash. There was many ocassions that if I would have been in a crash at other people's fault if I wasn't driving defensively.

Oh and tail gaters.

I just squirt them with my windshield washer. People hate being squirted with windshield washer on sunnydays.

and when you get a 30wheeler, remove the safety guard thing from rear and slam the brake down with all your might to teach tailgater a lesson. <--- just kidding.

Well considering my job, Paramedic and all the freaking driving classes I have taken and all the future ones I will have to take, I would like to think i'm a decent driver. No accidents or tickets in my 12 yrs of driving...

Some of the classes.

Every EVOC class (emergency vehicle operation class)
Defensive driving classes
offensive driving classe.

and pretty much every class known to man, is requiered by my place of employment that I take.....

the classes suck. but running stop signs, stop lights. going around cars in the wrong lane and all the stuff is just plain worth it!

i'm a safe crazy driver...

...meaning that i'll do crazy stuff but everything is under control and i put no one's lives in danger. i'll cut ppl off but i consider it safe because i had the physical clearance to move into a lane. if anything does happen, it would be the fault of the car behind because that car should have backed him once he saw me move into the lane.

there are other things.. and im pretty good at safe crazy driving even though most of you prolly think those two things is almost oxymoron like. just put it this way, the range of drivers range from very good to very road rage... and i exist at the point where skilled driving appears so extreme, but nothing is in danger.

oh yeah.. when i played high school football, my coach said the key to a good defense is to have a good offense. well i incorporated that into driving since they teach you to drive defensively. so the reason to my aggressive offensive driving is to have very good defensive driving skills like the DMV wants.

Lane Splitting is Driving (on a MOTORCYCLE) Between two Cars that are in lanes next to ech other. Splitting the lanes is legal in california as long as traffic is moving slow and you don't go more than 10 MPH faster than traffic not to exceed I think 35 MPH.

I haven't got a ticket in 4 years so I haven't been to traffic school. I know it's legal in cali just unsure of the circumstances

Hi, My name is speed racer #2 wood.
I regularly whenever possible drive at a minimum of 150mph. For people that get in my way my car can jump over them or in worst case scenario torpedo them (does horrors to the pavement).
I can outrun any cop as I have a special button that allows me to drive faster than the speed of radio.

I'm ok. Although some would say I suck. I've had my license for 3 1/2 years and still don't drive on the highway much at ALL. Also, when I was having my driving test I almost wrecked, but the idiot still gave me my license. Crazy, huh?

I'd call myself a decent driver. I'm only 17 and have been driving for just over a year or so, so I'm pretty inexperienced, but my father is an excellent driver and I've learned a lot from him. I'd like to think I have the skill necessary to become a "good" driver but I'm not there yet.

I choose, however, to speed. I don't tailgate though (that pisses me off:|) Other than that I also take chances.

I think im a good driver but there are many things that goes into the calculation like:
1. What kinda music is on the radio, hard music = hard driving and vice versa
2. The mood, nuf said
3. Time, am i in a hurry or not ?
4. Where am i going, some things you hurry more to than other, (dentist<-->GF)
5. What car am I driving, some cars go fasta !
6. etc etc etc......

I'm good driver, back in the driving school the teacher said I was the best beginner he's ever seen. He didn't even have to teach me, it came so naturally to me. Everyone always drives way below speed limit when in school. Not me, the teacher was always telling me to slow down or I'd fail the "final test", and drive with two hands (yep, that's right - if you drive with one hand in the test you fail).

I'm extremely aggressive, too aggressive even - not that I would cut people off and sh1t like that but if someone fscks up I'll let them know. Also, if someone drives below speed limit I immediately pass them. I think the speed limit is the minimum speed, maximum is what I choose it to be... and I love to race, I love to drive fast - I just love it.

I'm careful too tho.. I'm not crazy, I know what happens if I cause accident. I've never gotten a ticket, I've never gotten even close to crashing my car. But yeah, maybe they should take my license away before I get myself killed...

I've only gotten one ticket though i really do think i deserve alot more. Still i believe i'm a pretty good driver, i USUALLY have full control of the car
