Generally 1.6 Ghz, but if I'm listing the speed of a processor I've overclocked, I tend to list it as 1600mhz

Do what I do..use ALL Variants in your auction title. Its lame, but it works. For instance, if I was selling a K-State tee-shirt, i'd put KSU K-STATE KANSAS STATE SHIRT WILDCAT XL.

well, pricewatch has always listed it as 1.6GHz, so that's what I use.

Just look at the search results on ebay for the number of products listed- that should give you a clue about what's more common:
