Personally, I tend to shower at night (especially during the winter). And I wash my hair in the morning.

2. sometimes 3.

one in the morning to wake me up and get the day started.

one at night before i sleep because after a long day, you just wanna clean yourself off.

and sometimes the 3rd one would be right before i go out on a date or something like that.

I shower in the moring in the dark, get dressed in the dark, and leave for my day when its dark.

Light in the morning will give me horrible migranes and faint behaviour.

Dont ask me why :p

I am like dionx. Although, if I shower before I go out at night, I usually won't shower when I get back. I will take 3 showers though if I workout or get a haircut midafternoon.

I shower before I go camping, spend the week without bathing, and shower when I get back. It's not really a problem, because Speedstick gel antiperspirant is incredibly strong.

<< Mornings. I always feel like sh!t when I wake up. >>

The feeling in the morning I cannot describe, it sucks so badly before a shower I could never even think of getting anything accomplished.

In General, in the morning.

But I'll go twice a day in some cases. Like today I went swimming, so I had a shower after that to get the Chlorine scent off me.

I shower at night because my hair is short and it looks a lot cooler when it's a little messy ;)

Show...er.....what is this show-er? Is it a person who puts on shows?

Seriously :)
I shower in the afternoon when I get home from school, or nights when I get home from work.
First thing I do (after checking AT of course) is hop in the shower.

*sigh* If I could only get that clorine scent of me. I am in the pool 5-6 hours a day. On the plus side I never have to worry about body odor! I am germ free!

I just take one in the morning. Anybody that does it more than twice a day is overdoing it. Being too clean can be unhealthy.

I shower at night because I get up at 5:30 to go to school, and I don't want to get up any earlier to shower.

I also have the chlorine scent permanetely on me. I'm usually in the pool 2-4 hours a day also, but this being the off season for water polo and swimming, it's only one hour :)

I first shampoo my hair. Shampoo again. Put conditioner. Soap/Lather ears, neck, chest, arms, armpits, back, butt, groin. Then I wash my face with facial soap. Final rinse and I'm done. Takes about 7 minutes, coming out of the bathroom after about 10 minutes. Afterwards, I'm as clean as a preacher's sheets on Sunday.

If you're too clean you're immune system won't be as ready to fight off germs because it rarely comes into contact with them. When it does come into contact with them you'd have a higher chance of getting sick.
